1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using GuestCanvas, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

GuestCanvas provides a photo-gathering platform for events. Hosts create a canvas, share a QR code, and guests upload photos directly from their devices.

3. User content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant GuestCanvas a limited license to store, display, and deliver your content as part of the service.

4. Acceptable use

You may not upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate this policy.

5. Payments

Paid plans are one-time purchases. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

6. Data and privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using GuestCanvas, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

7. Limitation of liability

GuestCanvas is provided “as is.” We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
